The challenge
Workforce management is a category of invisible features. Scheduling, overtime approval and geolocation across branches are impossible to photograph and boring to list.
My approach
Animate the product doing the thing — the overtime request approved, the branches appearing on the map, attendance registering at home as readily as in the office — so each film teaches one feature rather than touring the app.
The outcome
Five explainers covering scheduling and attendance, the product guide, geolocation, attendance anywhere, and the notification system.
