Generative AI as creative infrastructure
A session anchored by a seven-step prompt framework built around how a director of photography actually briefs — persona, context, subject, environment, lighting, camera, ratio.
The challenge
Partner banks were paying agency rates and agency timelines for work that generative tools could produce in a session — but their teams had no reliable way to get a usable result, so output was inconsistent and nobody trusted it enough to build on.
My approach
Treat generative AI as creative infrastructure rather than a novelty, and anchor the session in a seven-step prompt framework built around how a director of photography actually briefs: persona, context, subject, environment, lighting, camera, ratio. The framework is the deliverable — it survives the workshop and applies to every campaign after it.
The outcome
A pitch film, storyboard and platform blueprint produced inside the session, and a repeatable method the bank's own team keeps.
