Travel Akthr
سفر أكثر — the naming system, its journey architecture, and a display system where one suffix generates infinite variants.
The challenge
Alinma's travel card — سفر أكثر in Arabic, Travel Akthr in English — needed a name, and every option on the table did the usual thing — invent a word, then spend media teaching people what it means. A new brand term starts at zero search volume and stays there until the budget pushes it up.
My approach
أكثر does three jobs in one word: it is the product name, the benefit promise and the emotional aspiration simultaneously, so no separate tagline is needed. Because it works as a suffix, every benefit generates its own headline — سفر أكثر, راحة أكثر, نقاط أكثر, تسوق أكثر — which means paid media never drifts off-brand and the brand name is already the search query, so SEO has no gap to close. Underneath it sits a four-beat journey architecture: plan and book, home to airport, at the airport, at the destination. Every execution follows those beats regardless of format.
The outcome
A campaign system rather than a campaign. Three stages run concurrently from day zero — awareness, education, spend motivation — fed by one docuseries in which the card is the plot device rather than a product placement, and a cast of AI-generated Saudi characters that produces a new destination, outfit and line in hours instead of a reshoot. One production yields five format outputs per episode: the long YouTube cut, the unlock-moment Reel, the fifteen-second benefit clip, the airport OOH still, and a Snapcode that triggers an AR lens in the departure hall.
